1. Broken Valve - Less than a year in, the main water line has already had to be partially replaced because of a faulty ball valve.
2. Leaking Ceiling - The very same leak that we pointed out before buying the house, and then again in the winter, is now leaking heavily.
3. Condenser pump - The condenser pump has already stopped working...not even one year after it was installed.
4. Driveway - The driveway was so unusable that we had to rip it out and redo it after just 17 days.
5. Leaks - CW Custom Builders refused to fix the significant leaks we found during building.
6. Mold - We found mold after owning the house for just 3 weeks.
7. Backyard - CW Custom Builders left us with an unsafe, ugly, and eroding back yard.
8. Hole in wall - C.W. Custom Builders tried to close up a hole in the exterior wall instead of fixing it.
9. Weather wrap - C.W. Custom Builders improperly installed the weather wrap on our house.
10. Defective Stud - C.W Custom Builders tried to use defective materials in the construction of our home
11. Warped Subflooring - Much of the subfloor in our home is warped and deformed because of CW's poor workmanship.
12. Still Leaking - Despite CW Custom Builders' lies about fixing the leaks during building, it is still leaking!
