C.W. Custom Builders, LLC Really STINKS!

Below are some new problems that we've encountered in the last 6 months of owning a CW Custom Builders home.

Here we see the results of the condenser pump that CW installed less than a year before.

This is the ball valve that broke, shutting down our main water line for a few hours, until we figured out the problem...again, less than a year old part.

Here is the valve in the closed position...

...and here is the valve in the open position...no difference!
